- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience collaborating with executive leaders through data.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA.
- 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment.
- 2 years of experience creating complex data sets, data modeling, and reporting.
- Excellent thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead complex operational and tactical initiatives.

The Product Go-to-Market (GTM) team works with multiple partners and stakeholders to create and deploy product and sales strategies that drive advertiser success and Google’s growth. We partner closely with Global Product Leads, Sales, gTech, Marketing, and our counterparts around the world to shape the product roadmap and drive the commercialization strategy for critical products and features. The AMER pGTM team drives business growth at scale. In this role, you will be investigative, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done. You will be accelerating and defending LCS business growth across the region via the development and adoption of products, tools and program best practices.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Serve as a regional Media Effectiveness expert.
- Design and deploy regional measurement activation programs to capture key LCS growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with broader set of cross-functional stakeholders to drive projects forward, including intra-GTM, GPS, gTech, Business Development, Marketing.
- Advocate and leverage global activation infrastructure to design/deploy regional activation programs. Partner with regional marketing to land key moments.
- Help define success metrics, track product adoption and business impact. Be a product Partner, provide thought leadership on the success of activation (diagnostics, progress against priorities, trends). Ensure critical product market fit issues are addressed by GPS.
