Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in board design, validation, and with design tools (e.g., schematic capture, layout tools, lab bring up, and debug)
- Experience with server, storage, or networking motherboard/system hardware.
- Experience with high speed design, signal integrity, and power distribution techniques.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 8 years of experience with enterprise class hardware systems design, data center engineering, server, storage, and networking products.
- Experience solving complex system issues, technical innovation, and driving technical roadmap.
- Experience with FPGA/CPLD design and interface with other disciplines including software, thermal, and mechanical.
- Experience collecting and organizing details to reproduce and explain results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Lead a sub-system and hardware design on data center hardware products.
- Bring up systems and execute engineering validation in the lab.
- Gather requirements, define high level architecture, execute hardware design, and product validation.
- Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, product, and deployment teams to productive designs and field support.
