About the job

A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

The Google Cloud Logistics team makes sure physical deliveries and installations happen on schedule. As a member of the team, you will design processes that enable scale and speed. From global deployments of servers to the delivery of networking gear, you will ensure the right equipment arrives at the right location and time. You will join the team that is responsible for developing logistics infrastructure to deploy Google’s compute power.

As a Logistics Transformation Program Manager, you will own strategic transformation programs for Google Cloud Logistics (GCL). These programs will focus on how the team transforms deployment operations, increasing throughput and decreasing cycle time. These programs will be cross-functional, requiring the program manager to build relationships within GCL, across CSCO and the wider Google business. You will be required to operate in ambiguous situations, designing and delivering operationally feasible transformation that meets evolving business needs. You will often be the sole GCL representative on a program from concept development, through planning, testing, and implementation.

Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry.
