Minimum qualifications:
- 20 years of experience working with Professional Services companies.
- 10 years of experience selling cloud IT solutions to companies.
- 10 years of experience leading teams.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience leading complex transformations across enterprise portfolios, including experience across multiple themes of transformation (e.g., cloud, infrastructure, data, app development, AI, etc.) in the services delivery/sales/business development function focused on enterprise customers.
- Experience in commercial sales in a global organization, and leading in a hyperscale growth environment.
- Experience and technical expertise in cloud computing, with an excellent market reputation and actionable list of network contacts.
- Deep industry expertise to support unique client portfolios, and ability to formally engage in "post-sales" customer motions with C-suite level.

As the Director of Google Cloud Consulting Brazil, you will drive the team to meet and exceed business growth goals while driving customer satisfaction. You will have an understanding of the technology of Google’s solutions in the enterprise space, and bring an operational approach to recruiting, coaching, and managing your team.
In this role, you will utilize your player-coach mindset, and you'll be equally comfortable and effective at interfacing with customer executives and working on the details of a large business agreement. You will leverage entrepreneurial talents, and run the business autonomously while leveraging where the group fits into the broader organization.

Responsibilities
- Manage a team to meet quarterly and annual business growth goals for the region by working with enterprise companies, with a constant march up-market.
- Recruit talent and coach the team with a focus on providing actionable, forthright feedback.
- Create and drive innovative programs focused on achieving growth at scale. Work through and directly manage details in the business as required.
- Work at an executive level with customers/prospects and participate directly in the key agreements and accounts within the region.
- Continue to inject operational excellence into the organization.
