The gReach Program is a 12 months paid upskilling program for industry professionals with disabilities where participants will receive on-the-job-training and work on a range of projects. The goal of the gReach program is to provide participants from under-represented groups with the opportunity to grow their career as professionals.
This gReach Associate role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the established subsector mission in the following ways:
Sales Pitch Deck Creation and Design
Design and create Google Ads sales pitch deck slide frames and templates.
Ensure the design aligns with the sales objectives, the client's brand colors/identity, and the Google brand guidelines.
The goal is to produce highly intuitive and easy-to-use sales enablement material that a sales team can readily customize and deploy.
Digital Ad Creative Production
Develop and create various digital advertisement designs, including banner ads and other display creatives. (A strong plus: Proficiency in video editing skills for producing video ad creatives.)
UI/UX Improvement and Consultation
Provide design consultation and recommendations for UI/UX improvements based on the client's consumer journey.
Actively participate in projects and initiatives focused on optimizing the overall customer experience in line with the defined consumer journey. (Note: While initial expertise is helpful, the ability to learn and quickly acquire knowledge in this area is acceptable.)

Responsibilities
- Create sales materials and designs for clients.
- Develop and create various digital advertisement designs, including banner ads and other display creatives.
- Consultation support for UIUX to improve CVR.
- Consultation support for advertising creatives.
- Organize digital advertising showcases by industry.
