About the job

As a Program Manager on the Global Manufacturing Program Management (GMPM) team within Google’s Cloud Supply Chain and Operations, you will lead Reverse Product Operations for a portfolio of ML Products, including TPU and GPU servers. You are responsible for the successful delivery of Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and reworked hardware into Google’s global data centers, acting as a key enabler for scaling new technology infrastructure. You will partner with external teams and multiple contract manufacturers to optimize manufacturing build plans, reduce cycle times, and scale capacity. You will work closely with machine delivery, logistics, engineering, and material planning to ensure fulfillment meets customer schedules and program objectives. You will develop systems, tools, and processes that drive efficiency. Use problem-solving skills to establish performance metrics and conduct root-cause analysis for exception management. You will navigate an ambiguous, fast-paced environment by balancing strategic oversight with deep tactical engagement. You are expected to take initiative which challenges the status quo to improve the global supply chain.

In this role, You will require a track record in supply chain operations management. You must be a collaborative communicator capable of managing multiple priorities while driving the volume ramp of critical infrastructure. By bridging the gap between NPI (New Product Introduction) and sustained operations, you ensure Google’s infrastructure remains resilient and scalable. Your expertise in material planning and fulfillment will be the backbone of our manufacturing partner's success.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $159,000-$231,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Manage materials and capacity to ensure on-time product delivery and process scalability.
  • Partner with Machines Delivery and Planning teams to execute build strategies and scheduling for data center servers.
  • Lead complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring well-defined scope and alignment across cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Drive process development, tool creation, and iterative optimizations to overcome operational challenges and improve efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for NPI and production volume to mitigate supply chain risks during product launches.
