Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in business development or partnerships and program management or sales.
- Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in driving high-growth and activating partner business to exceed quota.
- Experience in lead generation or sales operations with online advertising or ad business generation solutions (e.g., Google Ad Manager, AdSense, AdMob), and knowledge of programmatic advertising space.
- Experience managing publishers and understanding of publisher challenges.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including building and delivering effective presentations, and the ability to communicate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to grasp complex technical product aspects and develop data-driven recommendations and action plans.

Global Partnerships Sellside partners with online publishers and app developers to grow their businesses using our portfolio of products including AdSense, AdMob, and Google Ad Manager. We offer a solutions-based approach across advertising and analytics to find new opportunities for our partners to engage users and advertisers.
The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $106,000-$153,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of newly transitioned partners who are in need of activation to realize their full business potential.
- Manage complex business driving programs and workstreams, and be responsible for overall business program strategy, governance, operating model, reporting, and operations.
- Review sales operations on the Apps and Gaming team and work with the team to accelerate their pipeline adoption through the various business driving programs.
- Forecast and report business growth and other key metrics, including tracking actual progress toward forecasts for Apps and Gaming vertical.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, including the executive leadership team.
