Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience managing technical programs in a cloud environment.
- Experience in leading end-to-end (E2E) lifecycle of software development programs.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in leading engineering teams or partnering with engineering, product management, and support teams to deliver cloud-native products.
- Experience driving technical programs in telecommunications, retail domain, or content delivery networks (CDN).
- Experience in release management.
- Ability to interact effectively with technical groups, and executives.
- Excellent negotiation, verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Develop, deploy, and adapt key planning, execution, and reporting processes for unique product environments, which includes software, hardware, operations, support, and solutions.
- Drive software development projects, ensuring timely delivery through planning and cross-functional coordination, including integration with third-party partners.
- Manage release schedules and milestones, identify potential issues, and communicate them effectively to project stakeholders.
- Collaborate with software engineers, QA, product managers, and other engineering teams to ensure high-quality products and features are delivered throughout the software project lifecycle.
- Lead technical programs for GDC, guiding cross-functional teams to bring products to market and using success metrics to inform future efforts.
