Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of HR Business Partner or HR Generalist experience.
- Experience of Spain's local labour law and labour relations environment.
- Experience managing relationships with the works council.
- Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently, in order to interact with local labour authorities.
Preferred qualifications:
- Certification in Health and Safety.
- Experience implementing large-scale HR projects, risk management/mitigation and supporting change management and business readiness.
- Experience in Portuguese labour law.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively across teams and to manage multiple simultaneous priorities.
- Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Lead the deployment of high priority country-focused HR programs and initiatives, aligned to the country people plan.
- Provide local context and advice on key HR related matters and solve for complex compliance issues.
- Coordinate local labour relations management, including engaging with councils/work councils where applicable, provide leadership to mitigate risk, and build constructive labour relations with employee representatives.
- Manage local employment policy and practices to ensure legal and regulatory compliance. Work with the HR Compliance team and relevant COE teams on prioritizing and mitigating market related risks.
- Manage multiple projects and country-specific initiatives effectively, driving recommendations and prioritization for the Googler Experience.
