Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience with marketing analytics, return on investment, and statistical analysis.
  • Experience in translating quantitative data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with Python, SQL or scripts, building data models or analytic dashboards to pull insights from data sets.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Analytics.
  • Certifications in digital advertising measurement.
  • 5 years of experience with media mix modeling, A/B testing, incrementality, marketing analytics, and advanced Google Analytics integrations.
  • Ability to operate sufficiently and collaborate as part of a tight-knit team.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments with effective time-management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs based on their MOs/CBOs and measurement objectives, provide optimal measurement strategy, and define right KPIs based on their eligibility criteria.
  • Design and execute measurement studies (Conversion Lift, Brand Lift Study, XNR, Experiments, etc.) for clients and optimize for success ensuring there is a StatSig read on uplift.
  • Be able to model results and triage to ROI analysis on the broader media plans. Analyze attribute lift, across channels to inform the right channel strategy.
  • Partner with Account Executives (AE) and Product Specialists (PSA) to interpret measurement results for the client and identify opportunities to increase product adoption for key solutions and grow investment.
