Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in technical project management, stakeholder management, professional services, solution engineering, or technical consulting.
- Experience in either system design or reading code (e.g., Java, C++, Python).
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Opportunity to troubleshoot complex technical product issues. Apply deep product expertise solving complex technical customer issues and escalations and carrying out strategic projects.
- Opportunity to deeply learn our AI powered ads products like Performance Max , our ads platforms.
- Opportunity to develop tools and automation for better diagnostics/data fixes and debugging, either on their own or in partnership with Product Engineering teams.
- Prioritize and deliver outstanding customer service throughout the customer journey, troubleshooting and resolving issues with Google's advertisers and Sales teams, agencies and partners.

gTech Ads is responsible for all support and media and technical services for customers big and small across our entire Ad products stack. We help our customers get the most out of our Ad and Publisher products and guide them when they need help. We provide a range of services from enabling better self help and in-product support, to providing better support through interactions, setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions for customers business and marketing needs and providing complex technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support for our large customers. These solutions range from bespoke and customized ones for our customers to scalable support for millions of customers worldwide. Based on the evolving needs of our ads customers, we partner with Sales, Product and Engineering teams within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve our products and enhance our client experience. Responsibilities
- Help maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders in customer or partner organizations to deliver or manage quality technical solutions and services.
- Contribute to product requirement documents (PRDs) to record product specifications, validate PRDs to ensure customer/partner and internal needs are met, with some guidance.
- Help scale existing or create repeatable solutions (e.g., best practices recommendations, tutorials, blog articles, sample code) and ensure effective documentation of repeatable solutions with some guidance.
- Help write solution code in collaboration with internal or external developers/users/partners/clients/stakeholders as needed.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in their respective process lifecycle to provide technical guidance or identify possible existing or new technical solution offerings to help shape the outcomes (e.g., pre and post agreement) with some guidance.
