Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in analytics, program management, management consulting, strategy or operations.
- Experience with financial modeling, spreadsheet software, SQL or other similar analytical tools.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA and/or Master's degree.
- Experience collaborating with data science and engineering teams.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills with a track record of building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Distinctive problem-solving and project management skills, including experience in executing cross-functional strategic and operational initiatives.
- Ability to successfully navigate and influence strong personalities within a business environment.
About the job
In this role, you will combine quantitative, analytics with business acumen to identify business trends and opportunities, design optimal sales workflows, drive internal tools development, and introduce innovative capabilities leveraging our Data Scientists and Engineering teams. You work cross-functionally, partnering both internally and externally to develop and execute strategy. You will have exposure and visibility to senior executives and be sought out as a trusted advisor by partner teams.

Responsibilities
- Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Operations, and Sales teams to implement changes to sales workflows and systems.
- Combine qualitative and quantitative insights to shape strategy for the sales function.
- Develop relationships with senior stakeholders across partner teams, addressing concerns and removing roadblocks to drive projects forward.
- Analyze operational metrics to anticipate and mitigate performance issues.
