Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience with software development in C/C++, and with data structures or algorithms.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience with software development in C/C++, and with data structures/algorithms.
  • 1 year of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products.
  • 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
  • 1 year of experience working with embedded operating systems.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Android, Quality, Hardware, and Silicon teams to integrate and refine new features.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality system software that meets standards.
  • Ensure timely completion of key development milestones throughout the project life-cycle.
  • Collaborate with the factory team to guarantee software build readiness for production.
  • Contribute to enhancing the overall Pixel software development process.
