Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in coding, developing test methodologies, writing test plans, creating test cases, and debugging.
- Experience in managing a team, leading testing activities and engagement with cross-functional teams to build design and project direction.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of machine learning and data analytical tools.
- Knowledge in mobile testing.
- Knowledge of Android development.

- Contribute and lead software testing efforts from planning, execution and delivery that solve or address the business objectives.
- Lead or deliver strategy for product excellence.
- Empower team's ability to identify defects and develop or adapt the infra/tools for productivity.
- Guide and analyze systems to surface root causes, identify patterns that lead to solutions for applications.
- Collaborate with teams across Google, working with various cultures, job functions, and backgrounds.
