Minimum qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in sourcing or equivalent experience working in Sales, Customer Service, Account Management, Business Development or Operations, Lead Generation or a related field.
- 1 year of of sourcing experience at a recruitment agency or in-house recruiting team.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to contribute in a fluid environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage time.
- Ability to communicate in discussions and written documents, and to deliver regular updates and feedback.

Responsibilities
- Utilize sourcing experience to identify, attract, and engage qualified representative talent for a variety of roles within Google Cloud, with a focus on Cloud Product Management.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
- Build relationships with potential candidates, creating a positive experience that reflects Google’s culture and values.
- Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and market landscapes to ensure our sourcing strategies remain effective.
- Work as part of a team that values collaboration, innovation, and a shared commitment to excellence.
