Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math or related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience in software development.
- 6 years of experience in full-stack software development and system design.
- Experience with front end languages (e.g. JavaScript or TypeScript).
- Experience with backend languages (e.g. Java, Python, or C++).
- Experience working with database technologies (e.g. SQL, NoSQL).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in agile software development, creating prototypes, and design documents.
- Experience with third-party system’s integration.
- Experience managing projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience in creating and delivering learning solutions.
- Experience in adding instrumentation to web applications and services.
- Experience coding in Python, Go, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, C#, PHP, Ruby or Scala.

In this role, you will develop product and skills training for Google's internal teams, external partners, and clients worldwide. You will help learners with the knowledge and tools they need to advocate growth and accelerate customer success. You will be at the forefront of innovation, designing personalized, in-the-flow-of-work solutions that reach learners in the right moment.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $144,000-$214,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Work with subject matter experts to understand their needs to design solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to prototype, solicit, and incorporate feedback to refine requirements.
- Code, review, test, deploy, and monitor scalable and reliable web solutions.
- Build and look into Google solutions and tools to seamlessly integrate solutions that are reusable and extensible.
