- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- 5 years of experience in compliance, information security, IT audit, or risk management.
- 3 years of experience with the design, development, testing and monitoring of IT application controls (ITAC).
Preferred qualifications:
- Certifications in CISA/CISSP/PMP/CIA/CPA/CFE.
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- 4 years of experience in one of the following: systems auditing, privacy/security, e-commerce, advertising, cloud, online payments, media or content licensing, software development, supply chain, hardware.
- Experience with data analytics and data interpretation.

Responsibilities
- Translate legal guidance into requirements and controls for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Work with business/process owners to develop effective processes, policies, controls, and metrics that mature compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
- Develop and assist business/process owners to close gaps in their controls and adopt processes that will help grow the business in a compliant manner.
- Coordinate with central compliance teams to ensure compliance programs in Ads are up to company-wide standards, and compliance trainings are delivered to and completed by all relevant employees.
- Provide general program management support (develop and manage project trackers, provide clear communication to stakeholders, and develop and oversee project timelines) on compliance issues, and other ad-hoc cross-functional projects related to compliance.
