Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience managing warehousing and supply chain operations.
- 5 years of experience working with, supervising, and managing third-party logistics relationships.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree.
- 5 years of experience analyzing data and generating business insights in order to guide business decisions.
- Experience with data center logistics.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring service delivery meets quality standards and efficiency goals, while identifying areas for improvement and innovation. You will lead collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, data analysis, and strategic planning to enhance the customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Drive performance optimization with staffing partners, and ensure launch of new workflows with vendors.
- Track key metrics, deliver business reports, and ensure operational goals are met, and design and iterate on service workflows, ensuring global consistency.
- Lead and inspire vendor teams to provide positive customer service, and work with cross-functional teams, including vendor management, sourcing, and strategy and operations.
- Optimize customer and seller experiences by improving processes, documentation, and training, and identify and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce customer effort.
- Advocate for and deliver on operational needs, communicate and engage with Google stakeholders, and act as a point of escalation in dispute management.
