Growth Manager, Google Ads Mobile App (English, Japanese)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role.
  • Experience in consulting, partnerships, business development, sales, or marketing.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Japanese fluently to interact with the internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in mobile apps, gaming companies, or advertising sales.
  • Experience in achieving goals.
  • Understanding of the app developer ecosystem.
  • Ability to be organized, responsible, and grow in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present comprehensive advertising solutions.
  • Interest in data-driven business generation and overall business beyond advertising.

Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. In this role, you will engage with mobile businesses, deliver change to accelerate Google’s position in the growing and strategic business of app install. The Same Store Growth team focuses on growing the app developers who lead each market in Entertainment (Gaming, Comics, Streaming etc.), start-up companies, and more through Google App Campaign and other Google properties.

In collaboration, we create and implement business plans broadly for all types of businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients and ensure clients achieve their advertising goals. Manage the pipeline effectively and develop a strategy for sustained success.
  • Form cross-­functional relationships with entire Google Customer Solutions (GCS), Large Customer Sales, Google Play, and other stakeholders in order to realize advertiser goals.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities within the client portfolio. Address client concerns and measure campaign performance to enhance results and deliver business growth.
  • Contribute to the development of Google’s comprehensive suite of app products.
