Third Party Creative AI Activation Lead

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in creative agency account management/operations, digital ad operations, advertising sales or business-development within a Marketing Technology (MarTech) environment.
  • Experience with Google and YouTube’s ad solutions and value proposition in the market, with a specialization in creative ads products and generative AI.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in the creative development process and the creative ecosystem.
  • Experience presenting to executive audiences, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders, and influence and drive results without official authority.
  • Excellent investigative skills, including providing data driven, actionable insights to shape pitches or narratives.

In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing a program and GTM strategy that drives the education, excitement, and adoption of our Creative AI Third-Party Platforms (3PPs) across Google’s clients.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of Google’s effort to drive UK growth by helping advertisers harness AI to transform their creative development. By guiding clients to adopt AI-powered solutions and expand asset variety, you will unlock YouTube’s full potential and ensure AI integration becomes a primary driver for business. You will navigate ambiguity to build scalable programs, leveraging your knowledge of UK video trends to lead the adoption of Creative AI and take ownership of critical partner workstreams.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the adoption of third-party creative tech partners for priority customers, using strategic incentive funds to de-risk trials and establish sustainable creative habits.
  • Build and deliver compelling, data-driven pitches tailored to specific client needs in collaboration with partners.
  • Monitor and track client-partner projects to ensure they remain on schedule, meet quality standards, and deliver on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of first-party and third-party creative AI tools to position our product suite as the definitive choice for brands looking to leverage AI-driven creative at scale.
  • Identify creative health opportunities across client media, asset variety and ad quality, overseeing all future developments of diagnostic tools.
