Strategic Partnerships Manager, YouTube (English, Portuguese)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in the influencer marketing, sports or Media Cos industry, agency dynamics, and the influencer landscape.
  • Experience analyzing, structuring, and breaking down business problems.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to support client relationship management in Brazil and the United States (US).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with the sports industry, program manager, with a focus on digital media, content creation or advertising.
  • Experience working with agencies to execute campaigns, and an understanding of agency dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and presentation skills with the ability to influence effectively.
  • Passion for the YouTube platform and creator economy.

Equipped with your business acumen and extensive product knowledge, you are right on the front line of interacting with our partners, and helping them find ways to grow using Google's newest product offerings. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate across functions to develop product and Go-To-Market strategies, communications for new-product launches. Incorporate market feedback and monitor/report on Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for content performance and partnership success, for sports events.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with sports creators/entities to encourage repeat business and identify new opportunities.
  • Provide strategic insights and leading ongoing efforts to enhance products and operations at YouTube, in collaboration with Business, Product, and Engineering teams. Conduct quantitative-analysis and modeling to derive insights from data.
  • Coordinate, track and report on programs, work streams, and team-wide objectives. Create and deliver presentations to communicate findings to management.
  • Partner with global, cross-functional teams at YouTube/Google on YouTube Entertainment/CTV business initiatives, including annual strategy, agreement execution, and performance tracking. Manage internal communications (e.g., weekly updates, newsletters) and track industry intelligence.
