Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in Program Management, leading cross-functional teams of engineers, and product managers in executing projects and programs from concept to launch.
- Experience with LTE or 5G NR development or testing.
- Experience with automation and scripting.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experiences in Android/Modem/telecommunication engineering, problem resolving and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Python.
- Familiar with 3GPP protocol standards NAS, IMS.
- Ability to navigate through ambiguity, changing conditions, and drive accountability and ownership.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, self-sustaining and self-motivation at work.

You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.
Pixel Test (Technical Program Manager) TPM will focus on validating the Google devices (phones/wearable) network connectivity and its compliance with local government regulations and carrier requirements, overall ensuring the quality of product. In this role, you will lead, organize, and manage test projects and programs, in collaboration with multiple cross-functional stakeholders. You will engage in the optimization and automation of projects and processes writing scripts, developing dashboards, to increase overall team efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Work in a cross-functional team of engineers and product managers in executing test programs including planning, tracking progress, identifying and resolving risk/issues, and managing dependencies.
- Deliver continuous transparency to keep team members aligned, and stakeholders informed.
- Use experience and understanding to identify and build new operational improvements, automation and processes.
- Collaborate on development of automation processes and tools to increase the velocity of teams, and the test quality of product launches.
- Use Protocol knowledge (AS/NAS/IMS) to analyze the discovered modem issues during testing, understand their impact and drive issues to the closure by working with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the quality of the product.
