Global Product Lead, Games Loyalty and Identity

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in advertising, go-to-market, marketing technology, management consulting, strategy and operations, partner management or product management roles.
  • 2 years of experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the mobile gaming landscape and emerging trends.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive results in an environment.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with experience using data to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Passion for gaming and a commitment to developer success.

Google Play Partnerships Developer Go-To-Market (GTM) team is an organization designed to drive excellence in bringing most important Google Play products to the developer ecosystem and utilizing developers' feedback to shape the future of the products.

In this role, you will collaborate with colleagues across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Partnerships to build a developer ecosystem. You will influence the success of Play Pass, Play Points, and Play Games Services, and you'll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the gaming industry.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Define and lead strategic developer GTM initiatives that enhance gaming developer success on mobile platforms by collaborating with product managers, UX, and engineering to address developer needs and unlock new opportunities. 
  • Advocate the needs of game developers, particularly in the Gamer Loyalty and Identity space, ensuring workflows and requirements are integrated into the Play Pass, Play Points, and Play Games Services.
  • Prioritize developer needs based on data-driven business cases and direct developer feedback, and communicate these insights to Product Management, UX, and Engineering.
  • Orchestrate global Go-To-Market strategies for developer-focused products and features including launch plans, training resources, and support materials to drive developer community adoption.
  • Quantify the impact of developer-centric initiatives by tracking key metrics like developer satisfaction, platform adoption, and business growth to refine strategies and demonstrate ecosystem value.
