- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in product design or user experience (UX) with a focus on artificial intelligence (AI) for consumer products.
- Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in product design or user experience (UX) with a focus on artificial intelligence (AI) for consumer products.
- Experience with 0-1 products or features, designing across multiple platforms and modalities.
- Experience designing (auto-layout, variables, component libraries) and prototyping (creating animated prototypes, leveraging videos and GIFs to simulate reality) in Figma.
- Experience leveraging new tools for vibe coding in day-to-day processes, with previous coding experience.

As a Staff User Experience Designer on the team, you will focus on setting the goal for Artificial Intelligence Mode and getting in the weeds with product and engineering to ensure we're shipping the best product possible.
You will work on model-driven user interaction and layout in our Artificial Intelligence Mode responses, help define the overall product architecture, and define innovative features based on new model capabilities. This is a great opportunity to work on the bleeding edge of Artificial Intelligence Mode.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects focused on new product ideas and opportunities within artificial intelligence (AI) Mode in partnership with user researchers and user experience (UX) engineers.
- Manage the experience of shipping features in AI Mode.
- Influence executive leaders and cross-functional partners to build frontier experiences.
- Take problems and create clarity through design and prototyping.
