Head of Platforms, Display and Video 360

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 11 years of experience in developing relationships with customers, and working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions.
  • 10 years of experience in a client-facing role with partners across multiple levels.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in collaborating with multiple stakeholders across organizational boundaries with similar objectives, aligning resources and direction.
  • Experience with offline media, Brand Lift, marketing measurement and attribution techniques (e.g., offline measurement, Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Message Transfer Agent (MTA), attribution) and Google advertising products (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, etc.).
  • Experience in delivering insights from multiple data sources, making presentations to C-Level or executive audiences with excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Media Industry issues to advance Google's forward-looking strategies within the marketplace.

Responsibilities

  • Build knowledge about digital marketing/advertising, Google products, participants offerings, and Industry vertical and stay current in the advertising environment and engaging landscape through required training and other resources.
  • Create growth plans for advertisers through collaboration with industry managers from in-market cross-functional teams.
  • Create and support multi-product solution promotions and collaborate with in-market business teams to create a growth strategy for advertisers.
  • Draw insights from data analysis, provide data-motivated recommendations to customers, partner teams, and leadership based on analysis to influence and drive change across teams.
