Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to manage client relationships in the region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience strategically assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling and engaged selling.
- Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance marketing.
- Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context in Spain, and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.
- Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.
- Knowledge of online marketing strategy and tactics.

The Mid-Market Sales (MMS) team is a critical growth engine for clients in Google Customer Solution (GCS) designed to grow medium and large sized fast growing businesses in Spain. Through long-term relationship development, we are dedicated to understanding the business goals by providing advertising solutions to drive business success.
Responsibilities
- Deliver against quarterly business and product growth goals.
- Own a portfolio of medium and large size businesses by understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks and building plans for achievement.
- Drive customer growth by delivering outstanding customer business experience and achieving customer business and marketing objectives.
- Provide stakeholder management, build relationships with the end customer or agencies.
- Travel up to 20% of the time as needed.
