Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience working as a Human Resources.
- Experience with HR policies and practices, state and federal employment laws, and compliance guidelines.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to interact with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in human resources, people programs, or other large-scale people related roles.
- Experience with Digital Transformation/HR Digitalization.
- Experience with a data driven approach in decision making, including data analysis, advanced proficiency with spread sheets and Apps Script.
- Experience leading multiple projects in parallel and program managing large-scale complex projects.
- Ability to work in an ambiguous environment and collaborate across multiple areas.

As a Country Process Owner, you will serve as a process designer for our portfolio of activities and projects. You will be responsible for designing process and program improvements to address local business needs, design and plan the roll-out of service changes, coordinate local vendors and work to develop and maintain resource documentation, including process mapping, training materials and knowledge management.
In this role, you will be able to use your problem solving, change management and process design skills. You will take thoughtful risks, iterate quickly, and be ready to work side-by-side with a team of Googlers driving alignment across different functions.

Responsibilities
- Design and optimize country specific processes to address business needs, improve efficiency, and reduce known risks.
- Be responsible for executing the critical Human Resources (HR) requirements in the country, and ensure local compliance.
- Design and execute operationally compliant processes that mitigate HR Compliance risks.
- Optimize existing processes to enable operational efficiency and scalability that delivers extraordinary experiences for Googlers.
- Develop comprehensive documentation, data analysis, reporting, and presentation to align cross-functional stakeholders.
