Senior Apps and Games Growth Manager (English, Vietnamese)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in mobile, apps and digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, online marketing roles or management consulting.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English and Vietnamese to engage with clients in the region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with data analytics, product development, or marketing attribution.
  • Experience in the App Ads business (Gaming or Mobile Apps) or Digital Marketing industries and understanding of the app developer ecosystem, including business generation models.
  • Experience in analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, SQL, data visualization dashboards) with the ability to solve problems using data.
  • Knowledge of the full Google Advertising Suite, and understanding of how Apps, Video, Display, and Search products work together to drive growth.
  • Ability to build relationships with executives and manage customer objections with recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with founders and executives. Understand their business models, business and marketing goals, and challenges to become a trusted advisor.
  • Identify opportunities within your book of business for business growth. Create engaging pitches and proposals that win budgets from competitors and drive client success.
  • Help clients identify international opportunities and build strategies to launch their apps and games in new global markets.
  • Advise on bidding strategies, budget distribution across the Google ecosystem, and audience segmentation to improve campaign return-on-investment.
  • Contribute to the development of Google’s app install products by providing rigorous feedback on testing methodologies and client challenges to our product teams.
