Programmatic Agency Lead, Agency, Partners and Brand Solutions (English, Portuguese)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, managing and measuring digital advertising campaigns, operations, ad networks, DSPs, digital video, programmatic media, and Google platforms (DV360).
  • Experience in programmatic sales at a Sell-Side Platform (SSP), Demand-Side Platform (DSP), Publisher, or other AdTech partner.
  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to engage with local stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 3 years of project management experience, working in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Experience in the ad tech market as a seller or user, and experience using programmatic ad buying tools.
  • Knowledge of Google Marketing Platform solutions for display and video.
  • Ability to simplify technical ad tech information for non-technical stakeholders.

About the job

In this role, you will partner with agencies to create new service models and drive growth for businesses and clients. You will deploy AI-driven strategies, data and measurement frameworks, and programmatic solutions to help partners improve operational capabilities within the digital advertising space.

Businesses that partner with Google come in all shapes and sizes, and no one Google advertising solution works for all. In this role, you will apply online media, communication, and problem-solving experience to help new and existing businesses grow. You will provide client service, research, and market analysis. Additionally, you will anticipate how decisions are made, explore the business needs of clients, and determine how product offerings can grow their business to set the goal and plan for advertising to reach users.

You will partner with advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses. You will help companies grow their businesses using AI and data-intensive advertising solutions. Additionally, you will advise clients on products across search, video, and mobile to connect with audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with agencies, and develop an understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
  • Develop forward thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with agencies and customer goals, and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to agencies.
  • Be a Thought Leader of Programmatic solutions within Google and with the industry, keeping agencies and partners up to date on new features and operational capabilities.
  • Plan for, and achieve, business growth goals, through the presentation and enablement of Google Programmatic products/solutions that will help agencies to meet their marketing objectives. 
  • Build an in-depth knowledge of how Google Advertising products and Programmatic solutions work and can be used to help meet a range of marketing objectives.
