Global Product Lead, Full Funnel Measurement

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in sales, go-to-market, or commercialization related functions.
  • 3 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
  • 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience leading ambiguous and complex operational/strategic initiatives, and change management.
  • Experience in digital advertisement strategy (i.e., agency or industry) and a passion for connecting formats, audiences, and channels through data.
  • Experience designing/implementing product and sales GTM strategies.
  • Knowledge of digital media measurement (e.g., cross-channel measurement, incrementally, and media mix modeling).
  • Ability to structure a compelling storyline and build presentation decks/documents to support.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

In this role, as a Global Product Lead, you will help our customers see that Display and Video drive business outcomes through measurement. You will use your media measurement knowledge and your ability to influence/build relationships to develop and activate Google-caliber go-to-market (GTM) and product strategies.You will partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales to turn our measurement products into complete advertising solutions that allow our customers to grow. You will activate measurement-driven sales motions through data, insights, and tools, specifically for supporting Full Funnel measurement solutions that help to demonstrate ROI across Google formats.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Inform global commercial strategy for display and video performance measurement (e.g., develop commercialization plan, define advertiser/agency segments, set sales activation goals, and build business cases) and support global sales teams through training, materials, and incentives.
  • Partner with regional sales and GTM stakeholders to identify regional needs and develop insights to inform commercial/product strategies.
  • Deliver sales enablement training, organize office hours, facilitate co-pitching for pilot cases on Full Funnel measurement.
  • Partner with Product Management to influence product roadmaps and ensure they reflect the measurement needs of GCS customers.
  • Track business growth against key performance indicators (KPIs), identify/execute on growth opportunities, provide feedback, and support executive reviews.
