Minimum qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting in an agency or corporate setting.
  • 3 years of experience managing multiple stakeholders.
  • 1 year of experience recruiting within the cloud computing or enterprise technology sectors.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience closing candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages leveraging experience engaging talent.
  • Experience solving problems and delivering significant impact as a contributor.
  • Ability to grow customer relationship management, provide consultative skills, and work in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, and the ability to take initiative and build productive relationships.
  • Excellent accountability, work ethic, integrity, and organizational skills with attention-to-detail.

As an Executive Recruiter, you will care about cultivating relationships, have lively, thoughtful conversations with the applicants, and know our organization and its products well enough to articulate life-changing opportunities. As an expert in the talent needs of our business, you will be an adviser to the people you find, engage, and guide through Google’s hiring process. You will act as a trusted talent advisor, leveraging your experience and domain expertise in technology, and have an understanding of leaders in the market.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to define and acquire the technical talent and organizational leaders required to drive Google’s long-term business strategy.
  • Execute proactive search strategies by leveraging Research teams, networks and other search resources to identify, engage, and recruit technical executive-level applicants.
  • Lead the end-to-end search process, providing consistent communication and exceptional client service to internal business partners throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Conduct applicant assessments, developing an understanding of leadership styles, professional backgrounds, and specific organizational alignment for each role.
  • Serve as a domain talent expert, offering strategic insights and valuable talent market assessments based on the knowledge of the engaged landscape.
