Performance Solutions Manager

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
  • Experience working with digital organizations.
  • Experience identifying and recommending ways to improve product and customer strategy.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in the performance ecosystem, with focus on accelerating customer success, business growth, and driving product adoption.
  • Experience with the technical aspects of search and shopping advertising, and working with product teams on scalable business solutions.
  • Experience as a specialist with in-depth expertise across Google Ads (e.g., Search, Performance Max, Shopping, and App Campaigns).
  • Ability to analyze data and draw insights.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to process data sets and identify patterns of significance.

We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Agency Search and Performance Max (PMax) book of business, from planning and pitching to reporting.
  • Understand client and partner business goals thoroughly and pitch advanced Search and PMax solutions to customers and identify new opportunities to increase their investment efficiently.
  • Focus on enhancing adoption, deployment and innovations in an efficient and accelerated manner within agencies.
  • Be the performance expert and drive agency plans, pitches, programs that support business growth, advertising plan goals and encompass portfolio and new acquisitions.
  • Work with cross-site and cross-functional teams to drive short-term and long-term account growth.
