Video Strategy and Connected TV Lead, (English, Italian)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in TV/media organisations
  • Experience identifying and recommending ways to improve product and customer strategy.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Italian fluently in order to interact in this customer-facing sales role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with data analysis.
  • Experience with offline and cross-media measurement solutions.
  • Excellent sales and agreement closing skills. Business development, client relationship, and servicing skills. Experience with consultative selling, and the ability to deliver results.
  • Knowledge of advertising media scenarios (e.g., Offline/TV and Online video), CTV evolution and third-party planning and measurement landscape.
  • Knowledge of tools and currencies used in the market (e.g., Auditel, Nielsen Arianna, AQX, Comscore MMX, Techedge Kantar), and Google Video Solutions/YouTube.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects from inception to completion across diverse functions.

The Video and Display Solutions team in Italy helps take product innovations and turns them into client solutions that enable our customers to get the most out of their investments across all the marketing funnel. The team ensures we have the right commercial strategy for our products and bring product expertise to sales, enabling sales partners to promote effectively and quickly.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to understand customer's business issues and Google’s Video product suite to craft solutions.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively within a matrixed organization to drive growth for YouTube and Video business, meeting quarterly business goals, and other business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide proactive and sustainable support to promoters during media planning, buying and post evaluation, measurement conversations, pitches and objection handling with advertisers and agencies.
  • Drive the Video strategy and Connected TV (CTV) program locally by high-touch consulting on the branding advertisers both domestic and export.
  • Provide media scenarios, engaged insights and upskilling resources on Video solutions in Italy and export markets. 
  • Develop case studies of successful campaigns in order to prove Return on Investment (ROI) of Google solutions and share insights with the market.
