Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience leading developer framework or developer tools engineering teams.
Preferred qualifications:
- 15 years of professional experience in engineering with experience with technical innovation and leading engineering teams.
- Web development experience with the following: Web Components, Compilers, Build Infrastructure, CSS, HTML, TypeScript, JavaScript, Web Browsers.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $323,000-$465,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Lead a product engineering team that focuses on customer success, and builds deep partnerships with our cross-functional teams (e.g., Product Management, User Experience, Customer Engagement), our internal and external customers and strategic partner teams across Google engineering.
- Work with both decision makers and technical leaders across all of Google to formulate a strategic plan for building various frontends to Google Cloud that optimize for developer productivity and economies of scale to support the needs of development at Google scale.
