Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, Management Consulting, Customer Support or Program Management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience developing and communicating strategies at the executive level for decision making with clear recommendations using a data-driven approach.
- Experience in dealing with ambiguity, achieving results in a fast-paced environment and continually adapting to changing business needs.
- Experience using problem-solving and analytical skills, including modeling and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of enterprise business and cloud technologies, products and market landscape.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels, including the executive leadership team, peers and managers.

Responsibilities
- Identify and solve strategic and operational problems. Identify and complete key analysis and generate executive-level insights and recommendations.
- Help identify, develop, run and maintain any operational performance metrics for the business.
- Create clear, simple, and persuasive narratives to inform and influence senior-level-executives.
- Drive prioritization of initiatives that enhance Google Cloud Support.
- Identify opportunities for the organization to increase effectiveness in a highly matrixed organization.
