- Experience with stakeholder management and building relationships.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing execution and high quality product delivery.
- Experience working with an integrated team composed of both technical and non-technical members.
- Ability to exercise technical decision-making in solving software engineering issues.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

In this role, you will lead and oversee the implementation and ongoing management of our Enterprise Reference Data Management program. You will have a technical background in Mobile Device Management (MDM) technologies and methodologies and experience in managing complex data-related projects and programs. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our program, which aims to improve data quality, consistency, and accessibility across the organization.

Responsibilities
- Lead complex technical projects from the planning stage through execution.
- Define planning and organizational structure to support large-scale software projects.
- Provide guidance on establishing enterprise data strategies.
- Revise data dictionary definitions, governance practices, and standards.
- Create and manage implementation plans including dependency mapping across multiple cross-functional teams.
