Analytical Lead, Data, Measurement and Analytics (English, Portuguese)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to support client management in the region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience with marketing measurement and attribution techniques (e.g., offline measurement, MMM, MTA, attribution) and advertising products.
  • 1 year of client-facing experience, with influencing across various levels of the organization .
  • Knowledge of SQL, databases, and basic automation techniques (e.g., dashboards, automating custom reports, materializing tables).
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and distill them into actionable insights that are presented in a logical and compelling story.
  • Ability to deliver simple and compelling stories to audiences of all levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The Data, Measurement and Analytics (DMandA) team in Brazil drives growth for Google's most valued customers. In this role, you will leverage data, advanced technology, and measurement strategies to help them succeed. You will consult with clients and agencies, providing data-driven insights and recommendations that help in business expansion.

Global Solutions is the link between Google products and business. Your focus is to help turn innovation into complete, packaged tools that allow our customers to get the most that they need from our products. As part of the Global Solutions team, you'll help to ensure that Google has adopted the right strategy for our products. Working in one of three specialized areas – Performance, Brand, or Publisher & Platform – you'll use your expertise to help front-line Sales partners to work their magic quickly and effectively. You are passionate about all things digital, and want to help shape the world of online advertising.

Responsibilities

  • Develop solutions for client business and marketing challenges while also uncovering opportunities. Collaborate with the Business team to innovate and develop scalable solutions across industry challenges.
  • Act as a measurement advocate and analyst to impact the client's digital maturiness. Consult with clients on opportunities associated with business patterns and potential business impact.
  • Advise clients on methodologies for marketing and media analytics, measurement and attribution. Help customers navigate industry standards and alternatives.
  • Identify key decision makers, challenge the status quo and influence decisions. Foster client relationships with others in the organization including marketing/advertising, analytics, and corporate strategy, among others.
  • Partner with internal and external Product, Research, Data and Measurement teams to bring full investigative capabilities to customers.
