Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cyber security, or related fields.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in content policy, anti-abuse and reviewing online content.
- Experience with spreadsheets, databases SQL and data analytics.
- Experience with quality and training processes.
- Ability to build relationships with cross-functional partners across geographies.
- Ability to work through ambiguity and grow in a rapidly changing environment.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, critical thinking skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
- Own and manage policy escalations from internal creator facing teams.
- Review and manage escalations from graphic, controversial, and sometimes offensive video content in line with YouTube’s community guidelines, ensuring high-quality and fair enforcement by considering creator perspectives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and leadership to resolve disputes and clearly communicate policy decisions.
- Identify trends and insights within escalations to drive projects that enhance operational efficiency and elevate the overall creator policy experience.
- Conduct data analysis to provide insights that inform leadership's strategic policy decisions.
