Vendor Operations Manager, Trust and Safety

  • 5 years of experience using analytics or applying project management tools to address business issues.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with dashboards and data.
  • Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities and stakeholder issues/requirements, driving pragmatic decisions/actions to deliver continuous improvement across operations.
  • Ability to build strategic stakeholder relationships in an environment that is sometimes ambiguous and susceptible to changing needs.
  • Excellent strategic, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with attention to detail in an ever-changing environment.

About the job

The Trust and Safety (T&S) Service Delivery team focuses on managing a large contingent workforce across sites worldwide. The team is responsible for the strategy, governance, and operations across the Temp, Vendor and Contractor (TVC) population. We partner with teams across Legal, Security, Extended Workforce Solutions (xWS), Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS), T&S Engineering and external vendor partners to bring innovation and technology in building operation. Service Delivery team members have the opportunity to create, develop and orchestrate some of the most complex operations around the world.

As a Vendor Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and delivering vendor operations. You will lead the day-to-day vendor operations and effectively manage vendor performance with transparent metrics, data-driven decisions and industry leading vendor management techniques. You will also be responsible for managing and delivering Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for your workflows. You will be an expert in operational excellence who possesses the ability to work globally and cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders. You will be identifying, prioritizing and implementing process and automation opportunities to continuously improve and scale operations. You will work on sensitive content or situations and may be exposed to graphic, controversial, or upsetting topics or content.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor vendor performance, ensure compliance with goals, and manage invoices and purchase orders.
  • Drive quality performance management against key metrics and SLAs through ensuring Quality Assurance (QA) insights and collection from vendors, and assist vendors with pre-launch quality readiness. 
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process maps, workflow documentation, help resources, and relevant training and certification programs. 
  • Lead complex, strategic projects from start to finish, ensuring clear goals, accountability, and effective communication to all stakeholders. Drive cross-functional collaboration and navigate organizational complexities to achieve successful project outcomes.
  • Lead vendor selection, forecasting, resource and budget planning for vendor operations. Contribute to the long-term operational strategy and support model decisions for your workflows.
