Apps Customer Onboarding Strategist, Global Customer Solutions (French, Italian, Spanish)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent practical
    experience.
  • 2 years of experience in advertising, business development, online media environment, or marketing roles.
  • Experience meeting Business-to-Business sales goals.
  • Ability to communicate in either French, Italian or Spanish fluently to communicate with clients in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience managing and customizing experiences for a customer base.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional international teams and managing stakeholders (internal and external facing).
  • Experience managing sales, consulting customers, or agencies in the apps market and apps ecosystem.
  • Ability to multi-task and to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Ability to take initiative, lead, motivate, and work well with others.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically to develop business recommendations, action plans, as well as ideas on improving internal processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop trusted relationships with clients, help them achieve business goals, and contribute to the team performance consistently delivering against quarterly business goals.
  • Create and craft pitches to customers tailored to clients’ performance goals, and work towards mutual business goals.
  • Find and implement creative ways to improve our client relationships, share performance-enhanced suggestions, and promote Google products.
  • Produce interpretable insights from data analysis, and deliver data-driven strategic and tactical recommendations to customers.
  • Execute business strategies for specific markets and customers in collaboration with internal teams and communicate with customers proactively via phone and email.
