Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns and relationships with customers or agencies.
- Experience working cross-functionally, internally and externally, toward a plan.
- Experience in Finance.
- Experience with Google's Ads products.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving and influencing skills, as well as written and communication skills.

As an Account Manager you will develop your understanding of advertising and your industry/vertical to contribute to business growth. You will work on tasks within the scope of your team's account plan, supporting your team in identifying customer needs and translating their objectives into action through campaign implementation, optimization, campaign expansion, and core account hygiene. You will also support provision of data and tactical recommendations to customers, partner teams, and leadership based on analyses and utilize insights to influence others and drive change, and to support customer growth to help ensure Google’s solutions are presented to customers.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with clients, and develop an understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics, while working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure workflows and projects are completed on time to a standard.
- Plan for, and achieve, business growth targets, through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives.
- Develop forward thinking, analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers.
- Build a knowledge of how Google Advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing objectives.
- Own and manage internal sales tools and processes associated with sales activity.
