Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience gathering and presenting technical and financial data to promote products, services, and solutions.
  • 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, advertising business, media or working with advertising agencies.
  • Experience in cross-border or exporting business.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to support the business client management in this market.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience analyzing and applying industry, market, product and organizational information to strategies and plans.
  • Knowledge of one or more international markets/regions and Google Ads Products.
  • Ability to have an innovative and entrepreneurial mindset, and to act and advise in ambiguity
  • Ability to be data driven in business, identify problems and solve through quantitative analysis.
  • Ability to influence executive stakeholders.

The International Growth Team (IGT) helps customers and Google realize the full potential of international growth across Google Ads.

In this role, you will be a trusted advisor and partner to the customers. You will provide insights and direct support, helping customers reach and exceed their international goals.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Mid-Market sales team to accelerate international growth for a joint portfolio. Identify high-impact international growth opportunities based on existing frameworks and tools, and develop new ideas and approaches to drive international growth and scale for an assigned portfolio.
  • Understand the customers’ objectives, and help them achieve these by developing forward-thinking, data-driven export sales recommendations and by educating them on wider export-related topics and opportunities.
  • Contribute to growing international growth acumen and resources within Google, and support other members in the network.
  • Build thorough knowledge related to advertising on Google.
  • Leverage intelligence to accelerate your and the team's efficiency and impact.
