Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative business, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience in working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with Google Ad Solutions with video advertising (AI-powered Performance and Video, Connected TV (CTV)) with the knowledge of participants landscape across traditional and digital media advertising.
- Experience in executing joint business planning and negotiations.
- Knowledge of the Beauty industry and landscape.
- Ability to work with ambiguity, curious, and resilient with attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate with teams and colleagues and work cross-functionally.

Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.In this role as Account Executive, you will have exposure to the spectrum of work in Large Customer Sales and an opportunity to collaborate with C-level and executive leaders on Joint Business Planning, Upfronts, business strategy and key executive level projects.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders. Develop a understanding of their business tests, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
- Structure a joint strategy between Google and clients, and guide a cross functional team within Google to collaborate on projects and drive client success.
- Achieve growth goals, through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing goals.
- Develop forward thinking, data-motivated analysis and recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify opportunities with recommendations to present to customers.
- Build an in-depth knowledge of how Google Advertising products work and can be used to help meet marketing objectives.
