Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative business, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Experience in working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with Google Ad Solutions with video advertising (AI-powered Performance and Video, Connected TV (CTV)) with the knowledge of participants landscape across traditional and digital media advertising.
  • Experience in executing joint business planning and negotiations.
  • Knowledge of the Beauty industry and landscape.
  • Ability to work with ambiguity, curious, and resilient with attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with teams and colleagues and work cross-functionally.

In this role as Account Executive, you will have exposure to the spectrum of work in Large Customer Sales and an opportunity to collaborate with C-level and executive leaders on Joint Business Planning, Upfronts, business strategy and key executive level projects.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000-$191,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders. Develop a understanding of their business tests, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
  • Structure a joint strategy between Google and clients, and guide a cross functional team within Google to collaborate on projects and drive client success.
  • Achieve growth goals, through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing goals.
  • Develop forward thinking, data-motivated analysis and recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify opportunities with recommendations to present to customers.
  • Build an in-depth knowledge of how Google Advertising products work and can be used to help meet marketing objectives.
