Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
- 3 years of experience developing or launching products or technologies within Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning (AI or ML).
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a Technology or Business related field.
- 6 years of experience in product management, as a co-founder or a related technical role.
- 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
- 1 year of experience developing or launching products or technologies within artificial intelligence or machine learning.
- Experience driving elements of the product development lifecycle such as product proposal, go-to-market strategy, driving requirements, supporting execution, product launch and driving adoption.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Define the product strategy and goal for the hosted developer environment, synthesizing market trends, user insights, and technical innovations to create a compelling roadmap.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the internal and external landscape to bridge the gap between local tools and our hosted ecosystem, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Drive the prioritization of initiatives across the team’s key pillars while aligning investments with the "Developer-First" mindset.
- Collaborate closely with development leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to build consensus on product direction and ensure compliance with enterprise requirements for security and governance.
- Develop resourceful product solutions for complex infrastructure challenges, such as optimizing latency and managing hosted environment lifecycles for scalability and resilience.
