Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in Partner Programs, Sales Development, Campaign Management, or Marketing within a cloud/SaaS or B2B Tech environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Partner Sales) to achieve business outcomes.
- Experience using CRM (e.g. Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), along with reporting tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Google Sheets).
- Experience executing partner-led sales motions or managing outbound/inbound BDR campaigns.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing or supporting partner ecosystems in APAC.
- Experience managing pipeline-focused initiatives or campaigns with clearly measured KPIs and success metrics.
- Ability to translate marketing and partner strategies into effective front-line sales execution.
- Ability to work across multiple APAC sub-regions in a highly matrixed environment.

As the Partner and Campaigns Lead for Business Development, you'll drive the execution of partner-led Business Development Representative (BDR) motions (including Partner-BDR) and manage the execution of BDR campaigns and solution plays across APAC. You'll collaborate closely with Partner teams, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Growth Engine (CGE) to activate targeted demand-generation programs, ensuring BDRs deliver predictable, high-quality pipeline results.
Responsibilities
- Execute outbound and inbound BDR campaigns and solution plays aligned with APAC marketing and business priorities.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Growth Engine (CGE) to ensure alignment on messaging and assets.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Sales Operations, CGE, Partner Sales, and Business Development teams to activate aligned campaigns.
- Ensure BDRs are equipped with the right messaging, scripts, and assets to effectively execute campaigns.
- Define KPIs, and track campaign performance and partner-sourced pipeline contributions.
