Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 11 years of experience in digital media, business, marketing, or product roles.
- Experience in working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
- Experience with Google video products, or related video advertising solutions.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with people management, and leading and developing a performing team.
- Experience in negotiating and closing digital partnerships.
- Experience in promoting or buying YouTube campaigns with the knowledge of creators.
- Experience in building relationships with video advertising stakeholders.
- Experience in a changing environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Video Specialists to craft and deliver solutions that drive business growth for YouTube, including developing a view on how promoters can engage in the market to drive share for YouTube.
- Partner with the stakeholders to understand business and user needs, identify data-motivated solutions, and apply the goal to video business growth and product adoption.
- Lead and coach a team of people to reach quality performance; set and communicate team priorities that support organizational goals.
- Leverage team and industry feedback, bringing forward a data-motivated Point of View (POV) to set goals and build business plans.
- Advocate for business needs across Google by sharing and scaling best practices, learnings, and business strategies to meet customer and Google business needs.
