Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in managing the process of standing up and accrediting DoD and IC SCIFs and Data Centers.
  • Experience managing SCIF operations, document control/accountability, and classified AIS.
  • Experience with Industrial Security procedures outlined in 32 CFR Part 117, ICDs, and ISOIs.
  • Active TS/SCI US Government security clearance with polygraph.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with Military Intelligence Community Directives and Department of Defense (DoD) Government regulations for US Government Contractors.
  • Experience working with SIMS or equivalent security information management systems.
  • Ability to identify, collect, and analyze relevant data to help drive informed decisions.

About the job

Multidisciplinary Program Security Officers (PSO) use their experience in Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) and Data Center construction (ICD-705 compliance) to help the Industrial Security Team manage Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) facilities and contracts. As a meticulously organized individual with extensive experience performing PSO functions for DoD and IC programs, you will be familiar with all aspects of program security management, ensuring optimal contract delivery and compliance with government, customer, and company standards.

You will manage various disciplines in SCIF and Data Center builds, acting as the interface between contractor and Customer, and reviewing documentation throughout the process. You will also assist with daily personnel actions, training, document management, Automated Information System (AIS) operation, and daily secure space operations. This role reports to the Personnel Security/Builds Manager and supports the Corporate FSO and CSO in maintaining compliance and efficiency within personnel and program security.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Provide support and guidance to all shareholders involved from pre-planning to project completion for SCIF and Data Center buildings.
  • Ensure quality program delivery by managing, coordinating, and executing all security program requirements for multiple large-scale classified agreements, following proper Industrial Security procedures in accordance with 32 CFR Part 117 National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), Intelligence Community Directives, GPS customers, and Google Public Sector policies.
  • Administer policies and procedures for handling and safeguarding government classified information.
  • Assist with the planning, development and implementation of effective Information Security (INFOSEC), Communications Security (COMSEC), and Operational Security (OPSEC) policies and procedures.
  • Manage clear employee/agreement tracking systems (SIMS).
