Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in Growth Marketing.
  • Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience in cultivating and growing online communities.
  • Experience with best practices across channels.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in content marketing or publishing, thought leadership, or B2B publishing.
  • Experience in email subscriber acquisition and retention.
  • Experience with analytical problem-solving, quantitative analysis, and communicating findings.
  • Ability to work on ambiguous problems with an entrepreneurial mindset, at pace.
  • Excellent analytical skills, including SQL and programming languages.

About the job

The Scaled Growth team within Think with Google (TwG) drives growth for our business by helping our customers be better marketers.

In this role, you'll lead key growth marketing efforts in our Ads business. You will drive tangible business outcomes by maximizing engagement with our content across multiple organic/owned channels. You will partner on the definition and execution of a cross-channel strategy that attracts, educates, and nurtures current and potential customers in target segments, throughout different stages of their journey. A core part of this job is to lead deep analysis to understand the root cause drivers of performance and identify/implement enhancements to the strategy and execution plans. You will own the experimentation agenda, augment our audience communities, run granular quantitative analysis, and execute on organic growth levers identified through experimentation.

You'll partner with senior stakeholders to think through strategic issues, and communicate with cross-functional teams to drive significant initiatives in a high energy environment. You'll ensure our channel strategy is realized, identify actionable insights from large datasets, and execute on enhancements to our plan.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $108,000-$158,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Identify and optimize the most effective channels for content distribution (e.g., web, social media, email) and develop a distinct strategy for each channel.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics weekly, monthly, and quarterly (e.g., reach, engagement, shares, click-through rates, loyalty) to refine strategy.
  • Own process and actions to deliver content across each channel, support ad hoc operational needs, and project manage priority projects.
  • Implement strategies to grow and segment email lists, social media followers, and other audience communities.
  • Own the optimization of Think with Google content online.
