Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in security analysis, intelligence, customer success or similar fields in cyber security.
  • Experience managing internal or external customer-facing projects to completion while working with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently as this is a client facing role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in Cloud Security delivered within the context of customer-facing roles.
  • Experience in security architecture or security developing.
  • Excellent communication, written, presentation and problem-solving skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, focused on security, understanding their needs and challenges.
  • Deliver insightful technical briefings on the latest security trends, including threat intelligence and malware analysis.
  • Address intricate technical challenges with ambiguous requirements, developing innovative and effective solutions.
  • Provide timely and effective support for critical incidents and customer issues outside of standard business hours.
  • Communicate with and support LATAM customers in Spanish, both verbally and in writing.
